I feel like after 9 long years with this game, I'm finally sort of... falling out of love with it. This past month, I've only really logged in for RP and to DM our FC events (both of which I still love doing!). Only attempted to do content and cap tomes for like... 3 days in the middle of it, before I fell off the train again.

I'm just noticing I have more fun playing other stuff, mostly Elden Ring (and now RF5). I log in to FFXIV with the intent to do content, and just find myself exhausted by the thought of it. Between the poor behavior and performance of the playerbase, to how the only somewhat challenging and interesting content is relegated to Savage and Ultimates (things I don't really have time or energy for anymore), to the pitiful state of healers, and topping it off with the future direction of the game... I don't know. I'm just not really happy with it anymore as a game to be played, rather than just a place to hang out with my friends and enjoy fun RP and storytelling.

It isn't even me being burned out; I've routinely taken 'breaks' here and there where I'd just log in to AFK and chat while I played other things on my ps4. This is... different. I just don't feel any real excitement or joy about the future of this game.

I'm hoping all this is just patch lull blues, but eh...

If he's this mad around March, I'm afraid to see him around August.

If anything, he's pretty much flushed what's left of his cool points down the toilet (Save for a few but there's always those people). Never mind the fact that he was laughing at the joke before he got "Yes Dear"-ed, the fact that Jada has no problems clowning him pretty much sealed his fate as a laughingstock.

Lol apparently the demon form in Lost Ark is meant to actually have your characters skin color but in AGS '' version '' they made it grey...............
And everything your character wears is black in it so it's all black + grey skin and hair o_o.

It looks absolutely awful and was the reason why I didn't go with Shadowhunter even tho I was set on playing it, you spend A LOT of time in demon form and it just looks bad can't even see my character...
AGS is really intent on screwing the game up they just can't help themselves huh?

Apparently they're also deleting threads about it and banning people for talking about it -_-......

He actually laughed at the joke himself which made it more bizarre.
You can see him laugh and then he looked over to his wife and saw she was mad and decided to go up and slap Chris.

Kind of regretting purchasing this because SQEX flipping these for way too much money (and entering them in game awards as if they're new titles!) is scummy IMO. But, I hate pirating. My skin crawls when I visit websites with libraries of pirated games. They're probably doing a better job preserving vintage titles and making them playable, agreed. But sorry.

FFVI looks like it had the most work put in it, but hearing about its difficulty being higher even from the original put me off it. I rage-quit the original years ago, don't want to do it again.

I watched him back when I played WoW and started watching again when he began ARR.
It's pretty funny how his attitude has gone from '' this is going to be awful and a weirdo weeb game '' to '' it's the best RPG I've ever played ''.

Honestly tho I think it's kinda sad how many people have that mentality he had at first to a lot of Japanese games.
People are quite uptight about it often times imo and are very close-minded to stuff and trying new things.

Edit: His FC adds so much to the entertainment too, they do a really great job at adding a lot of fun to the stream.
I like how they all have their own thing going on especially the janitor lol.
The new years eve stream was hilarious too.
