so I'm all in a half panic half ecstatic mode... so a small catch up... on the 21st last month (6 days before the day that was my younger brother's birthday.... =( bleh) I got an email from the property management company for the house my father and I rent. Turns out they've decided they want to sell the house (Florida housing market is unfortunately a huge over inflated sellers market instead of a buyer's market screwing a lot of us over big time) and we have until the day after the anniversary of my brother's death to move out. The date being August 31st. Make a long story short I've been in a complete anxiety induced panic trying to find a place (renting is out since yeah over 2k for a 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and houses is ridiculous). I just ended up pitching a bid for a manufactured home and the seller accepted the price... so I'm now in a flurry to get the loan going for the new house... Oh boy....

Just for an example of how panicked and anxious I've been... a couple of nights ago or so while I was trying to cook dinner... I opened a big can (not huge but atleast a double can size) of green beans, drained the water in the sink and walked over to garbage can. Instead of throwing the lid of the beans away... I tipped the can over and dumped the green beans into the garbage... way to go me
