I've reached Master Levels in FFXI. It makes me both happy and sad. They legitimately increase your combat skill potential and attributes, but you go from grinding capacity points to grinding exemplar points, and as far as I know, there are no exemplar points EXP bands and so you go from earning 65535 cap points per kill to earning barely 700 Exemplar points per kill, and as of Master Level 3, the TNL Master Level 4 is already 11000+

Someone on an XI forum told me eventually a Master Level TNL becomes a SEVEN DIGIT number. Oiiii veyyyyyyy
