    Having a rough time with our older cat Yuuki. The other day, she started having a hard time breathing, so we took her to the pet hospital. They found a fluid buildup in her chest, but after draining that and examining it, it looks like she's got some pretty bad cancer. Unfortunately, it looks like it's already metastasized, and between her age and FIV (we knew she had that when we adopted her; they told us we might only get 3 or 4 more years out of her, 8 years ago), there probably isn't anything that can be done other than making her comfortable. We're just gonna keep her home and see what happens now, I guess.

    oh no...I'm so sorry. It sounds like she's lived a great life. Keep her as comfortable as you can
