True. Luckily, 99% of my customers are pretty understanding. Occasionally that 1% comes in and tries to act like they know everything, which by all means. My wrench is over there lol

My wife works at dermitology clinc as a scheduler, I have lost track of how many stories she has told me about patients calling in trying to get their way.

Had a roommate that worked with scheduling in the medical field...she had to fire a patient nearly every other day. Well they call it "firing"...I call it "banned".

Not even somewhat...EXTREMELY satisfying. I just handled his type before and it's better to just leave them in their ignorant views/opinions. Much like certain people on the forums. Best not to debate with idiots or they will beat you with their experience.
