    I've already had three calls asking if we are open. The last one I told them I'd go check and put them on hold for a solid minute only to confirm "Yes...we are open".

    We had people call us and ask if we were open Christmas Day. We've had signage outside and ads placed saying we'd be closed Christmas Day for two weeks. Happens to us every single major holiday.

    Basic reading comprehension do be hard for some people.

    So far my favorite is "How much are your games?". I will turn that around and plainly ask them "How much is a vehicle?". They usually get what I'm saying at that point...
