Finished decorating the FC house.. and made 3 different batches of cookies tonight and a burnt basque cheesecake!

I've not done a lot. So far all I've done is get a job, come home and immediately go to bed and cry, quit THAT job, set myself on fire a lot from cooking, Piss off a lot of women except one, then after failing to impress her twice with my Johnny Storm impression she calls me saying she has a crush on another guy and want to know if she should go for it so I say "Yeah sure go for it", and then go to the library a lot to write up reports for work since I'm too poor to buy a computer cause I keep replacing everything that gets destroyed in the fire since the insurance apparently doesn't cover everything.

Once I get my Sim to shape up and perhaps have a spot of good luck I can venture out and see what I can actually do.

So...it did NOT go well for my Sim. He invites a girl to live with him and because she was homeless she brought in 20,000 to the household. I thought "Neat. I can get a new stove so I can start lighting myself on fire." I get the new Stove, she moves in, she cooks and sets herself on fire. I am SOOOOO done by then.

I start my new Sim and for whatever reason it's working out way better. I'm not killing myself with pyromancy, women don't hate me for as much as looking at them, and I'm making money hand over fist. My Sim doesn't cry after work every day even though he gets a new promotion every 3 days or so. I don't know what I did with my last Sim but he was "Bad luck personified". I ditched that one and now my new playthrough doesn't feel like I'm swimming against the current.

So note to self: don't use Compound W home-freezer kits to freeze off warts anymore.

Bought one of their freezer applicator thingies earlier last week. Had difficulty getting it to click open before I could get it to work. Once it worked, I guess it either worked too well or the instructions tell you to leave it on for far too long.

Froze the wart on my thumb plus some of the skin surrounding it. It went numb for a while then blistered up. Despite the growing pressure, I left it knowing blisters shouldn't be disturbed. I had to work the next day and bumped it while trying to move boxes in the cake decorator's freezer. It went full on angry-blood red, filled with blood, and ended up having to drain some of it to keep it from getting worse.

Well, it got worse as after draining it, it refilled and I kept bumping it into boxes. This irritated it further to the point of getting infected, and made me worry I would possibly get sepsis from it. Drained it at work and the skin just was disturbingly easy to peel back, and didn't hurt either. Covered it and went back to work, because band-aids are the only things we've got at work.

Went home, showered that evening and the rest of the skin ended up sloughing off where the blister was. Now I've got a gaping hole where the blister was, very angry looking skin that strangely doesn't hurt, but it looks like the wart may still be there.

Last time I had a wart I had to completely rip it off by hand. This is going to hurt if I have to do that again.
