UPS is being an absolute joke right now. New laptop has been 4 days late in getting here. I send a message to the customer service, mentioning it hadn't shown up yet and asked if they could.see if there was a delay. They decided to expedite it (apparently it never had even been sent out), and proceed to not knock at my door (I'm sitting right next to it), and leave a "final attempt notice" on the door, telling me to pick it up from the local CVS. Then I get the tracking number updated, and they were 100% snarky about the entire thing, pointing out the day it was sent out, the fact that it arrived today, that it needs a signature, etc (complete with commentary). I think I got somebody in trouble, because 2 other packages that were also late by over a week suddenly arrived today.
