Just how much cake is half? I generally think most things like that nowadays are too sweet. I don't even like cupcakes (the frosting).

Think this but without the sugar on top and instead melted nougat cooled in the fridge.
It's now all gone tho xD... RIP my stomach but it can't be helped.

The one I made was basically around double the size in the pic tho lol.

I have a sensitive stomach and was already not feeling super good ( stomach pains ), ate half the cake and I sure ain't feeling better xD...

Your stomach tells you, that you eat better the whole cake next time. xD

Oh good. I was picturing a different kind of cake. I HATE powdered sugar. Still looks super sweet to me though. One piece would probably be enough to last me two days.

Maybe not begging, but not interacting AT ALL with anyone is probably one big issue. I will say, to be fair, in the past few days I have probably gotten about 20 or 30 commendations total. Not that great, but respectable. I got maybe 6 or 7 last night/this morning. One of them was actually for my performance - at least I assume it was. When I go out of my way, that's when I get the least commendations if anything!

It's not really a big deal. I'm just wasting posts in off-topic about it. I'd have actually started chatting with people, or spamming guildhests if I was really bothered.

You don't even wave when you enter the dungeon? I don't usually chat but I always drop a "o/" at the start. Granted I usually get more commends for Tanking or DPSing than healing these days for whatever reason. I feel like a lot of people took the whole meme of "healers aren't necessary" a bit too much to heart considering some people really, really need heals when they're eating every mechanic.

It's fine though. I really enjoy tanking and once everything's level 90, that's all I'll do. My PLD and WAR don't need a healer. Had a healer get nuked in Smileton today after they spent like 5 minutes trying to explain mechs to a first timer and I got to show off by soloing the other half of the boss.

Nope. I only greet or interact someone if they are addressing me specifically. I am typically silent throughout an entire run. On rare occasions I have gotten chatty, but that is really a drop in the bucket compared to the thousands of runs I have done. If someone is to whisper me (tell) then I can get into hour(s) long conversations. It's just in runs, I don't really see the purpose. I am in and out.

I do tank on occasion, but really just dungeons. I still need to get my PLD tank mounts, so I have been playing that more this expansion. I don't think I can say I really see much of a difference in commendation gain whether I am tanking or not. I almost never play DPS anymore. Until I get my relic weapons, my DPS is too undergeared to be used. However, I do play DPS in CC (DNC mostly). I actually have gotten an alright amount from there believe it or not.

That's a lot of work. I know people do that to get mentor quick, but at this rate, I should have 200 commendations by the next expansion.

You can get comms pretty fast actually. Within a couple of hours, you can grind for 200 comms. When I was new I spammed guildhests to get 1500 comms to unlock mentor roulette only to realize later that I needed to have unlocked and cleared all content except for savage in order to be able to run that roulette and get dailies from it. Use macros for greeting and a macro when the duty is over. At least it worked most of the time for me

Gerrymandering has always been a thing in the US or any democratic system because any political party would want to influence the outcome of the election in their favour but if you want to live in a country without gerrymandering could move to the PRC since they're have one party.

Sounds about right. I've seen the guildhest trick talked about often. I should probably start greeting people, but I am kind of stubborn.
