He basically said that if people tell him to do something he just refuses to do it, even if it's a perfectly reasonable request it seems.
I dunno but to me that's incredibly immature and a bit silly to act superior about and act like a victim for.

I think it's understandable why people get a bit mad when they're promised a certain game and then six hours of react content into the Stream he does his Allcraft podcast and then ends the Stream, all with '' FFXIV MSQ '' in the title and having hyped it up for almost a year.

Yes, if he'd just say halfway into the the stream "ehh not gonna play today" its perfectly fine, but he could like, play first as long he feels like and then do 5 hours of reaction stuff...

I did like his vid to the 1.0 documentary lately, but overall i just dont like reaction stuff, much rather i watch the vid myself....


Also its silly of him gettin mad for wanting him to play the game as its about him, not just ff14 - there TONS of other streamers you could watch. Really i get why its annoying to get told to play but thats literally what ppl tune in for... Like make an Asmon react channel for solely that and youd skip that drama lol


Ofc for him its easy, he has literally all day to stream and do stuff... others, like me, cant just watch 6 hours.

I think all people want really is some transparency and to not be strung along and have their time wasted.
Honestly if he'd rather just stream react content and drop FFXIV entirely I'd be fine with that I just don't enjoy being lied to.

True... But i guess planning is much like his inventory management (seriously, just trash half of it xD) just something he dont wanna bother with it....

As someone slowly working up to becoming a vtuber, streamer culture is interesting. I think personally I prefer faceless streams myself, annnnd by default those will always have less viewers.

Reason why I like a lot of Vtubers is because they have more fun personas.
Not fun in the frat boy sense ( lots of screaming and acting like a douchebro ), but they're less real and more cartoony and it makes them more entertaining.

There's also some that are legit rly talented, Mori Calliope comes to mind she's actually a really good singer her songs are really good.
And Ninomae Ina'nis is a good artist too, I do art myself so I enjoy watching her stream doing her art in the background sometimes.
Kiara and Mori have funny interactions going between them too and Kiara has a funny over the top personality and Gura is just wacky.

Those are pretty big ones tho I've watched others in the past too but they're the ones I tend to think are the funniest and safest go to.
Some of the Japanese speaking ones tho can be pretty funny too but I don't speak Japanese so I have to rely more on clips for that.

Quite frankly very few people are actually interesting or entertaining enough to consistently be fun to watch for hours on end, so I think Vtubers putting on a more overt persona meant specifically for entertainment instead of trying to give off this facade of '' being real '' is just more enjoyable.
Mikepreachwow is one of the few exceptions I think who is pretty much always fun to watch he's just a pleasant and fun person and I don't think it's fake at all.
He definitely has some '' old man '' uptight and puritan views and attitudes sometimes which can be a bit annoying but overall I think he's just naturally entertaining.
And when he goes out of his way to increase it then it's taken to the next level ( like with the PvP tournament or some of his FC interactions he has gotten more involved with ).

Consistency I think is a big issue a lot of Streamers have, it's one of the reasons why I really like Turin as a caster and RTS streamer too because his commentary is very consistent it never feels like there's these long moments of silence leading up to a huge overreaction or just repeating the same catchphrase over and over again.
He's just very pleasant to listen to and makes me pay attention to what's happening.

I don't get streamer culture. Watching people scream at a game doesn't appeal to me.

I don't get the appeal of watching streamers you can't even interact with. What's the point? If they're only going to respond to money throwing I can just watch YouTube videos instead.

To me the appeal of streamers is the ability to interact through the chat. When they turn into fake Internet personas and erect a wall between them and most viewers I'm not getting anything from the reactions being live anymore.

Does finishing all of the rewards take very long?
I think I might have to go really hard with the PvP tomorrow lol, but dunno if that'll be enough time.

I don't rly care about the Archfiend set, but I want those Crystals.

It's just the CC season, not the actual "battle pass" (as far as I can tell).

I got to the archfiend set maybe 2 days ago? I've only done daily frontlines since it started. FL is really bad at this point and I could not make myself grind it for anything.

I regret not playing it more at the start of the season when it was actually fun.
