To each their own! We just have different views on Bethesda.I believe that to be a misconception. People always like to praise modding community of those games, but people don't realize that, while yes there has been a modding community that has gone back decades, these games were more popular via console. Console did not really have mods for the life cycles of the majority of these games. Meaning the majority of people playing the various series played them via console without mods or modder "fixes".
I think my expectations for any particular Bethesda game are pretty realistic for my disposition. People complained about Fallout 76, but I still put a few hundred hours in it (so far), I have several thousand combined in their other titles. I don't see me not doing the same in this game. I just like Bethesda games.

I was just laying out the facts. Elder Scrolls, and Bethesda Fallout, were popularized via people playing through console - without modder fixes. I don't think Skyrim even got console mods until 5 years or so after it's release. Now, granted, yes mods leave these games, like Skyrim, with more of a lasting popularity, but people who claim it's the PC modding community that holds these games up, have the wrong of it, in my opinion.
