Been feeling kinda both physically and mentally anxious these past two days but could finally breathe a sigh of relief now.
I need to vent a little.

So... Lol.
I ordered some '' adult stuff '' if ya know what I mean, because I managed to find some stuff that was HEAVILY discounted on their version of my countries site.
I believe that they just forgot putting in the correct numbers for my currency or something, because we're talking like 10 times cheaper.
I reaaaaally lucked out and got some fairly expensive stuff for a ridiculously low price.
This is where the misfortune begins.

I picked that I wanted to pick it up at a parcel point, and I picked the store I wanted it delivered to.
I get a mail that they've dispatched it and everything seems fine, later on I get an update in my mobile app for the postal office and I notice something strange.
It's scheduled for home delivery and this was my first stroke of luck because they had sent it with some kind of a flex service so that I could change it to a parcel point too.
However it seem'd strange to me and it didn't say it was being delivered to me, it said the parcel points name AND adress.
So I email my postal office and even try to call them, don't get an answer for three days and I decide to DM them on Twitter.
Couple of hours later I finally get an answer and yada yada national day plus weekend and they don't work weekend ( postal office here is actually quite good in my experience when they actually work, but they've cut down on work days a lot over the years ).
The postal office person tells me that the sender has written the parcel point as the receiver, this is like the day before delivery ( unlucky there were two public holiday days and a weekend there huh... ).
This also means that I won't be able to identify myself since it's not my name on the package.

Now I am freaking out a little because I obvivously don't want them to receive it and think that it's theirs and open it up, especially considering it's '' adult stuff '' LOL.
So I email the dispatcher since only they can make changes to name, adress etc and don't receive an answer in like 12 hours and it was way past the hours for the phone being open at their office at least, so I go to bed early because I am honestly not feeling well.
I've dealt with mental health issues and pretty severe anxiety in the past but it has gotten way better in recent years, but I was kinda starting to feel the anxiety a little.
Not super much but I could physically feel that tightening and thumping feeling, I am not even embarrassed by this stuff but there's stuff like potential legal issues because you're not allowed to order for others like that and a lot of thoughts just started going in my head.
What it was obviously made it worse but my head can start just running wild and come up with the worst possibilities and I can't stop it.

I wake up next day and another unfortunate event, they had responded to me about 0:50 or something in the night and I am usually awake during that hour but not since I went to bed early.
Shit, today is delivery.
They tell me that I've written the wrong zip code ( this is just untrue, I think it was just changed when they sent it as home delivery ).
They also tell me if I get back to them with the zip code I want it to which I did write down ( it's even in the billing part of the receipt, no extra cost for home delivery or anything either clearly says parcel pickup ), so I send them my full adress and name I need the package changed to.


Now I notice ANOTHER problem, namely I have two tracking numbers the same one but one that ends with a letter too and both are being tracked.
And they both also say the same measurements and weight etc on the package so wtf, have they sent two or what's going on here?
Support gets back to me and tells me they've forwarded it to their team and are waiting for feedback, granted there was a back and forth and they were actually very helpful not their fault at all I think it was the company that handles their packaging and shipping that's at fault which is a third party they've hired.

So I wait and wait still haven't gotten a response, but the package arrives...
And I notice that I can use my banks app to identify myself on one of the tracking numbers but not the other, so I attempt it expecting it to fail since it's not supposed to be my name but nope it actually works.
The other one I can't do that with however...
I also get a response back from support, they're still waiting for feedback but they mention that they had seen that I had collected '' the item '' but they're still waiting on feedback from their team.
Well, I hadn't yet...
Again not their fault, it said that on their countries postal office tracking website on mine tho it didn't.

I got to the parcel pickup point and get the QR code scanned that has already been identified and then he grabs the package and wtf yeah it says their name on it.
And he keeps looking at it like crazy, I had explained the situation but I think he was beginning to doubt and wonder what was going on.
Then I notice, on '' contact '' in very very small text it actually does say my name and phone number a bit bellow their name and adress in big letters indicating it's their package and all that.
So yeah his doubts vanished and he believed me.

Then I check my mobile app for the postal office and strangely enough it says I've picked up both packages o_O.
A big sigh of relief and weight off my shoulders, maybe it's the price I had to pay for lucking out and finding the stuff so cheaply LOL.
It appears that because their third party delivery service sent it as home delivery and I changed it to parcel point ( which again is what I actually ordered as ) that it registered twice in the system or something.
And on their store when I picked parcel point it set them as receiver too even tho I had typed in my name and all that.
It honestly makes little sense, because I was still able to identify with my bank app even tho I wasn't the receiver.

But yeah sorry for the huge post lol, it all worked out in the end and I am very relieved.
