I rly want to get into archery, always loved archery since I was a kid.
I don't rly like the modern '' techy '' ones tho I want to shoot more traditional bows.

I used to do free archery (no mods, just the bow) with a recurve. Modern wood recurves are surprisingly affordable, so I say go for it!!

So I thought I was working today, got out of bed, got dressed, and came into work. I tried clocking in and it said 'Not scheduled. See your manager.'

I'm like '...what? Did I not punch in properly?' I tried again. Same thing. Went to log into the break room computer to check my schedule and see my schedule got changed for my days off. Originally my boss had me working almost 7 days in a row, and today would've been the full 7 days in a row.

Apparently he had to change it because one of the clerks had gotten fired. We found out she was an absolute manic without her meds and she refused to take her meds.

Mother of 6 that gives you the death stare and bitches about 'how she does everything' when everyone else does most of the work for her. She walked out on the shift last week, and had choice words for my manager when she came back for another shift before he said 'screw it, you're done.'

While I appreciate not having to work 7 days in a row, but bruh, you could've called me last night to know about the swap. I COULD HAVE SLEPT IN.

Ouch on the sleeping in thing. I never had that happen to me but it reminds me of when I went to school one day and no one was there, only for me and like 3 other students to find out we'd been the unlucky ones who didn't get the call that school was closed for the next 3 days because of an incoming snowstorm.
