Yeah, I've done that, but there aren't really any other providers out here. They used to overcharge though. They actually hang up on me sometimes when I call them, had a service rep literally say as soon as he picked up he was hanging up one time. It's absolutely ridiculous. It's Windstream (Kinetic) by the way.
