I dunno how people can respond to criticism about the bosses in Elden Ring being poorly designed by essentially saying '' just cheat bro '' lol.
People talk a lot about toxic positivity, the Souls community has to be the definition of that ( I love the Souls games have thousands of hours in them ).

I'd love to see the completion rate of the game if we disregard people who cheesed it whether it be glitches, bugged and/ or overpowered weapons and summons or just blatant cheating.
It's just unfortunate to see so much artifical difficulty that is so unfun.
At least the two last fights aren't like that and are legit fun fights tho.
But just because you can beat a boss doesn't mean that their design is good, I dunno why so many people have issues understanding that...
If cheesing is the norm then there is a problem.

You shouldn't have to pick between infuriating because the boss is clearly cheating and reading your inputs just to screw you, and '' I just summon NPC to tank and press the weapon arts and win ''.
There's weapons that even in PvP just literally hit i-frames lol, I dunno how people can defend it and be in such complete denial about it.

People get really defensive about it because of the whole Easy Mode discussion, but that's not even what the criticism is about.
There's a difference between difficult but fair, and f you.
Sure just throwing two massive SUPER aggressive bosses at you is more difficult than just one, but it's not fun.
Same when bosses just read your input and randomly decides to cheat and get super armor, and so many countless bosses feel like they're Sekiro bosses in a Dark Souls game lol.

Elden Ring is weird, I both hate and love it at the same time.
But it's unfortunate that the boss fights was my least enjoyed part outside of the visuals.
