Names can be tough to get right. A lorewise name is likely the best way if you are a bit short on ideas. From the race, look up the relevant name-lore pages here on the forums, then just play with it until one clicks.

I have also bumped the "pick a random" a few hundred times on character creator until I get an idea from the randoms and use that to make something similar.

I have done lore friendly names, but mostly just in ESO. They use the same names my ES series characters of their races use. I have just been kind of wanting to distance myself from my dumb sounding name(s) for years, but I can't shake it off. Like, I have names. I just want to switch it up, but can never think of a new 'theme' or anything I'd want to go with.

Example: my SWTOR gunslinger was called 'Toteschurro', so my gunslinger in Lost Ark is now called 'Toteschurro'. That's the extent of my creativity.

And i always use old character names. I silently hope, that maybe i meet some old acquaintances again from other games. Larirawiel exists since May 2005.
