Unless there is some game you're really burning to get right now on the PS5, I'd agree with what Theodric and Kolsykol said. The Switch has a more mature library and there is always the possibility of PS5 revisions with more SSD space, or at the least the possibility of buying it with an SSD on offer, so between the two it's the one I'd put off until later.
