Is Lost Ark one of them? I know the NA version comes out in February and I’ve been watching some of the gameplay vids. Looks pretty fun so I’ll definitely be giving it a try.
Dying Light... heard about that one, but it's not my genre.
The next games I'm looking forward to... I pre-ordered Triangle Strategy in the hopes that it can fill the Final Fantasy Tactics shaped hole in my heart. Also pondering whether I should get Legends Arceus.
I'm taking Lore way too seriously. And I'm not sorry about that.
Legends Arceus on Friday, Horizon Forbidden West next month. Still haven't finished Tales of Arise yet, either. And I kinda want to take another run through Control.....
Wow I just looked up Triangle Strategy. Does look nice. Too bad it is not a PC game
Ooh, Zombie stuff. *fondly remembers the zombie fad that was sweeping everything back in 2009/2010* I used to be hella into that, but I kind of got tired of it after over exposure.A viral outbreak/zombie apocalypse. You basically run around a city and use the environment to your advantage to fight and survive via parkour. Lots of neat weapons to use, too. The DLC is fairly beefy as well. It's not a perfect game but it was made with genuine affection for the genre and the sequel is set to improve on a lot of the features introduced in the original.
I am looking forward to Triangle Strategy. Hopefully I like it enough to finish it. I was big on Octopath Traveler, but about 4 chapters in on each character, and my brain went numb and I stopped enjoying it. I know TS is going to be a strategy RPG and different story though, so hopefully it's more engaging. In terms of strat RPGs I find myself replaying the Tellius games in the Fire Emblem series and Ogre Battle 64 the most these days (by that I mean within the five years).

Dying Light 2, Elden Ring, Horizon Forbidden West. February is going to be a busy month! :,)
Ah, another Fire Emblem Fan! My favourite are the GBA ones, especially Blazing Sword. Tellius I only played 1 or 2 times, I borrowed Path of Radiance from a friend back then and buying that game nowadays is... hella expensive.I am looking forward to Triangle Strategy. That reminds me, really curious for the results of Choose Your Legends in FEH this Friday.
Man, I really wish they'd add GBA ports to the Nintendo echo for Switch...

Already preordered Triangle Strategy... just hope it's good. The demo was pretty decent. Also getting Edge of Eternity for the PS5.
I recently got Anno 1800 which will no doubt become a time sink...
When the game's story becomes self-aware:
Lauront has a PS5! I am jelly!
I do love me some Fire Emblem. I was the typical person who didn't know it existed until Marth/Roy in Super Smash Bros. Melee. Then I got FE7 on GBA in 2003. I must have done about 100 playthroughs of it. Sain the Green Lance baaaby! Hector x Lyn on the boat. Doki Doki. A few years later I got PoR on Gamecube, but initially found the graphics to unimpressive not realizing it was the first 3-D Fire Emblem. It grew on me much later, and the Tellius games wound up being my favorite in the series. I actually like PoR in spite of its clunk a bit more than Radiant Dawn, even though Radiant Dawn has smooth animations and gameplay (at least after Part 1).Ah, another Fire Emblem Fan! I've played and beaten Fire Emblem 1(and its shadow dragon remake), 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Awakening, and Three Houses. I've yet to emulate Thracia 776 or any of the SNES entries. I tend to lean towards Axe or Lance users and the Assassin characters. Legault in the Blazing Blade and his supports with Isadora are probably my favorite supports in the series. (Supports are another reason PoR outranks RD for me).
Favored Characters from the ones I've played:
1 - Barst
6 - Dieck
7 - Legault (though Hector and the rest of the cast are all in my heart forever from so many replays)
8 - Cormag
9 - Boyd
10 - Boyd again
Awakening - Donnel
3H - Dedue
