Heh. I've been mistaken for Russian too! Travelers to my hotel saw my nametag, and assumed I was Russian based on my beard and name lol.I had something similar happen to me at a train station in England. I was sitting alone on a bench waiting for my train and a couple came over to ask me something but did so in Russian. Then they did a double take and switched to English and explained that I looked exactly like the guy they were waiting for.

"I thought that my invincible power would hold the world captive, leaving me in a freedom undisturbed. Thus night and day I worked at the chain with huge fires and cruel hard strokes. When at last the work was done and the links were complete and unbreakable, I found that it held me in its grip." - Rabindranath Tagore
