    You know what really grinds my gears? Threads continuing to just disappear off the face of the Earth, posts getting deleted, all with no moderator messages or interaction of any kind. I don't want to sit here and tell the mods how to do their jobs, but if there was an actual message left, even in an ongoing thread, to keep the direction of the conversation "on-topic", it would probably help quite a bit, and the thread wouldn't have to be deleted. Not to mention, there are many posts that don't even get touched, when another post that was/is along the same lines just remains up. Often times, posts that were in reply to another post that was deleted just remains up, without context. Is 'no interaction' a policy or something?
