I'm just so happy right now! I finally got my first house, and nearly had a heart attack when it went through after nearly ten hours of spamming two buttons on my controller. I still can't believe that hell is over!

Right now, it's stuffed with a bunch of furniture that I happened to have (I was kinda waiting to get more furniture until after I successfully nailed down a house), arranged in as pleasing a manner as possible. The two friends I play most games with are tenants, and we've been working together to decorate and make design decisions. I'm also the only one of us who plays this game more than either of them, so I wanted to make sure the house was in my name just in case they ever decided to quit.

Eventually, the plan is to relocate to Ishgard, or, failing that, relocate to Limsa in the wake of people leaving for Ishgard. But dang, I really really like the Firmament and Ishgard in general, so I'm very much hoping to secure a plot when it opens up!

Having trouble with my Guyon Tunnel and right wrist after a workout a couple weeks back. Haven't been able to do push ups without immense pain since, so I stopped. Feel like every time I get a good workout routine started, my body craps out and I lose all momentum. @_@

Try the Front Mission series as well as Custom Robo. If memory serves, Front Mission is 100% turn based tactical RPG. Of course, those are actually mobile suits and not robots, I suppose, but whatever. Also Custom Robo's battle system is more action oriented than turn based, but there's like a fatigue bar so it sorta gets turnesque while you wait for rebirth mode. At least in one of the earlier ones. It's been so long since I played.

am I the only one who's a bit confused by the high amount of seemingly random threads being created? not in a way that's like "players should stop creating threads" but more along the lines of why not use this thread - or a related thread to post it?
