ARR at best had weapon specific titles/ achievements (https://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/w...s_Achievements) that were per job. Sad that went away and there were never any achievements for collecting an entire set from any given expansion.

Be asleep and watch it all in the morning. I'd like to watch it live but I think it starts at 3am for me.

On the plus side I can just fast forward through any technical difficulties or things that don't interest me.

Nice! I'm going to be pulling an all nighter with friends, it starts at 9pm for me so I can always nap during the hours that dont interest me.

I'm pleased. A lot of the stuff I wanted to see added to the game is due to be added to the game.

I've wanted an 'edgy' DPS job for a while now that used a melee weapon and darker powers. So I guess I'll be a Reaper main as of 6.0!

I plan to level through the MSQ's as a DRK, though. Reaper starts at level 70 and I don't want to delay immersing myself in the new zones/story.

Male Viera being added to the game is a nice surprise. I'll have to play around with the character customisation to see if I can make one to my tastes, though I think I'll stick with either a Midlander or a Raen.

I guess we'll get a drip feed of information in the coming months. I'm excited to learn about additional features, new abilities and stuff like that.

My boyfriend in particular was super excited, and he has yet to play the game. He likes that they have a slimmer "feminine" build because it's similar to his body shape (he's been on T for almost two years and just like regular puberty, it hits everyone differently and at different times). I'm more excited because I'm an altoholic and I was looking for a reason to make another character other than "go through X questline as Y class and Z race"
