Code Vein was rly good imo, obviously it's not some ultra AAA game production value but for what it was I was quite pleased with it ( pre-ordered it ).
I mean it was super cheesy but it's just refreshing imo I like cheesy games too.
Gameplay was very smooth, especially flowing from spells to melee felt rly good and like it didn't disrupt you too much.

I don't really remember any boss feeling super cheap either which is normally the case in these types of games.
