Ehh. Putting Blizzard under new management doesn't make it suddenly not Blizzard.

This, it's not like Bobby went into the office and micromanaged what the devs did the reason why the games are what they are is because of the devs and that's not changing.
There might be less pressure on them to meet certain quotas but honestly after spending that much money on them probably not.
But I think a lot of people are giving Activison and people like Bobby too much shit, not that they don't deserve it but they're not the reason why Blizzard is what it is.

Kolyskol has made a quality Elezen :O!
As far as Blizzard acquisition by Microsoft... hmm... Wonder what it means for other games Activision was involved with, like Sekiro. Hmm.

I'm not sure what to think of the news, honestly. I have a lot of fond memories of WoW during its 'golden era' but the employees responsible for the magic behind that have long since left the company.

Wonder if Microsoft will try to use them to make another new MMO. Hmm.

Actually, I'm wondering whether this will have any effect on the rumored/supposedly planned XBox Release of FF XIV. Will they keep pursuing it, or will they aim to bring WoW to XBox now?
I'm taking Lore way too seriously. And I'm not sorry about that.

I don't know enough about MS games to say anything about it, since the last one I played was Fable. Activision Blizzard was at the very least a frying pan, could MS be considered a fire? Or is there the chance they'll actually do something good with the IPs they've acquired?
When the game's story becomes self-aware:

I just feel bad for the WoW players who are putting their hopes that the game will be better. I'm not discounting that it can't, I'm saying given all the shit you've seen gaming coporations have done in a very anti-consumerist way, take the news with a grain of salt.
Healing DRK is literally... the same since ShB. The reason why people think it's a meme to heal nowadays because DRK receives very little to no buff to their sustainability vs 3 other tanks getting something useful. If you're capable of healing DRK back in ShB (or any tanks), then you'll heal EW DRK just fine.
doubtful, considering how, discounting bethesda's stuff, nothing MS has bought was resulted in something good that wasn't solely carried by brand loyalism, aside from forza (and even there you have more and more diehards criticising the devs for it because it's even less of an upgrade over the predecessor than said predecessor was)
