The actual royal menagerie in Ala Mhigo is beautiful. I wish they'd add some of that coloring into the Goblet. Goblet remains my favorite residential district, but it has another layer of potential they can tap into, and I'd think it wouldn't be improbable to make the kinds of adjustments I'd suggest.
Adding just a little colorful veggies/bushes and some eye catching tile work would really liven it up a little more.

Yeah IMO Goblet should have more green color whether it's with moss or more cactus plants... But I can't complaint much because the pool area is already good scenery.

That feeling when you delete 50 hours of game progress, then they release a HD model update the very next day... Fortuitous! Looks like I can now restart with a better looking character! I might just have enough time to get through one game by Endwalker EA.. and hope to God the delay will help in it's release! I also should probably get around to opening my code or whatever for my preorder rewards.

At least companies do still occasionally do "betas". It's what made me content with my decision to refund something like BF2042, really dodged a bullet there. Like I've said before, I usually don't preorder games, and when I do I am usually content in the game, this would have been one of those cases of me getting burned again - just like with that fake RPG Cyberpunk - if I hadn't refunded. Reminds me of how the early access for Endwalker, even if it has issues, should serve as a nice stress test for SE.

Speaking of demo discs.. I don't even have a disc drive connected, and I bet they will start doing away with them altogether sooner or later for console too! Well, I have a disc drive, but it's in my closet. I haven't had the need to actually use it for... quite awhile.

Usb powered external blu-ray drives are pretty handy for someone with an expansive physical media library. Also, I miss physical releases on pc.

I lost most of my things due to RL issues a few years ago. This included my collection of game disks. I kind of wish I still had them, even more so now with how things like GTA Definitive turned out. Everything becoming digital, you don't really 'own' anything like that anymore.

Sick for the first time during this pandemic. It's actually the first time I've been sick since working 70 hour weeks for two months straight in 2018.

Don't think it's Covid. Started with a sore throat and fever. Sore throat only lasted about 18 hours. Fever and chills still around, now with eustachian tube pressure under my left ear. Medicated and still working. Next off night is Friday/Saturday. Then my two weeks off starting on Dec 3rd.

Hoping to get well soon. I hate being sick. For some reason telling my GF that I'm sick, and she should stay home made her want to come around me more. I managed to get her to stay away for the first night, but tonight she practically glued herself to me until I went to work. I told her she's going to get sick, but she doesn't seem to care. Oh well.

The rest of SCH AF in FFXI did stay dark. Complete with grimoire that was literally soaked in mage blood, dripping blood everywhere, and the blood pooling beneath it literally omnomomnom'd the guy who was killing mages and other SCHs to craft it.

On a Skyrim note, I've had it for a few days now, but was trying to be careful with it. The it being the Dwemer Horse. Turns out it's an indestructible horse, and you can just fall off mountains with it. They shoulda made it their brass god, cause damn.

I had the very same symptoms and did a PCR-Test and it came back negative. Most probably a seasonal cold, had a bunch of study mates having the same symptoms. I guess we skipped last years cold due to safety measurements (masks and disinfection) and now it‘s back in full force lol.
