I made that dumb post (which I regret, honestly, not really sure why I even had that mindset) and one of the replies basically told me to kms. The thread got deleted and someone else's reply was given as the reason. Now, I'm completely fine with that dumb thread I made being deleted because I never want to see it again, but I'm confused as to why someone else's post caused a deletion of the entire thread and a warning flag on my account.

I'm not complaining but it seems odd. The reply was stupid and mean-spirited but not that bad, really. If they wanted to warn me they should have given one of my posts as the reason. The reply in question certainly broke ToS but why not just delete the post and not the entire thread?

I'm not surprised that yet again a normal discussion in a thread got removed without a trace, but at least they're deleting troll threads now I guess

Note to self: clean out inventory of main and alts before EW hits. Already got 2 through the ShB MSQ, two more to go, and realized just how absolutely chock-full of junk each one of them has for their inventory.

Side note: my old boss texted my new boss and asked how I was doing, along with the others that used to work at my store before it got demolished. I'm a bit surprised she still cares considering the company I work for sent her to a store she absolutely did not want to go to. Considering I've been working my job for over 15 years and have been driving to and from work on a dangerous highway in the wee hours of the morning, I'm happier that my new store is much closer to home. Yes, it was a 45-minute drive each way. Yes, I didn't like getting up at 4 am each morning or earlier. Yes, I already blew through one car that I actually liked if it wasn't for the AC gremlins in it.

I'd rather not remember some of the horrors I witnessed on the highway at 3-4 am.

Hmm, my brother's said that the servers have collapsed 3 times over the last couple of days. Wonder if there was a DDoS planned for this weekend that didn't get called off.

Chaos has been subjected to, uh, chaos as well. At least on my end. I had to abandon an attempt at running Dalriada earlier because I kept getting suddenly disconnected from the game. Things seemed to be stable for a while after that, though when I got online again this morning I had another abrupt disconnect in the middle of a roulette. Luckily I got back in a few minutes later and found that my party had kindly waited for me.

Yeah, I too had short, but recurring lags in instances areas/duties these last few days.

Years ago, I had a busted leg and wanted to learn how to knit..then I got better and forgot about it.

Now, after the *sigh* successive lockdowns, Im going to start in in the new year. And learn to crochet as well.

Ngl, I wish our government would at least think about successive lockdowns or contact restrictions. Last year, we went into a pseudo-Lockdown when cases where 20k a day... now around 50k a day and 'just get a shot or use more quick test kits'.

My OCD kind of just made me nuke a 50 hour save file, due to a bug, and being too mad to reload. I could have kept going, I always make multiple saves when I play games too, but I was so frustrated I deleted everything. Just how it is. This Endwalker wait is actually taking forever.

It was minor too, just a story thing, it wasn't like gamebreaking or anything. I can't keep going with a character with a messed up timeline. Whatever. It's pretty much impossible to play a lawful neutral in any game really anyway, I don't even know what I was thinking trying to roleplay their choices like that.

You can never get the tone right! It's always good to a fault, or Saturday cartoon evil. Not to mention half the sidequests have you stealing from people, breaking into houses, and murdering everyone. Like, I could make excuses or justifications for doing these things, but it's just easier to play a different alignment if there is a system like that in a game. Too difficult to maintain neutrality, especially if I have to go out of character and start murdering people, and being greedy just to earn "evil" points.

I started the Scholar AF quests today in FFXI. I was surprised at the implication that my Light and Dark grimoires could feed on my blood due to its magical properties. Phew. I wonder if it'll stay dark like this through the SCH Genkai.
