Not really feeling the vocal/indie rock bit of the EW main theme. The orchestral parts are pretty lit though. I wish if they were going to go rock that they would just go balls to the wall heavy metal.

It‘s so fascinating to see how the game changed so drastically. I have to say even though the game was a mess, there was a certain charm in being able to leave the city without having a loading screen.

I usually go by different names on different sites so it's harder for people to find me outside of FFXIV. Since I generally post a lot on the forums of the games I play it helps keep each 'chapter' of my online life separate from one another.

It also helps fend off some of my more zealous 'fans'.

Well, my DualSense decided to break, as in the small spring in the shoulder pad broke and FF XIV permanently thinks I have that corresponding hotbar selected. Now the delay is actually good so I can look into repairs/replacement.

I always liked the German language, but unfortunately was talked out of taking it back in high school. Parents citing "no one uses German outside Germany, and it's super hard". Yes, because sooooo many people use Latin... (I liked Latin too though, and my teacher was Romanian and super sweet). Nowadays a lot of the folk metal bands I listen to tend to be German, so I'm passively learning! lol


Side note, but where I work tends to sell these special types of oatmeal with "fall flavors" - pumpkin spice, hot chocolate, gingerbread, etc. I ran out of milk for my usual cereal this morning, so I decided to try the hot chocolate oatmeal and... holy crap, this is actually super good??? I almost wish I'd just gotten three boxes of this instead of the other two (the gingerbread one was okay, not super flavorful though).

Well you can use (standard) German also in Switzerland and Austria, if you ever plan to live in/visit one of those countries. xD
