Fruits and veggies grown by your own hand?
I have a secret to tell. From my electrical well. It's a simple message and I'm leaving out the whistles and bells. So the room must listen to me Filibuster vigilantly. My name is blue canary one note* spelled l-i-t-e. My story's infinite Like the Longines Symphonette it doesn't rest- TMBG Birdhouse in your Soul

A pear contains higher concentrations of good fructose along with higher fiber, thereby it would explain their laxative properties and have been encouraged by others to include in healthier diets. Whereas Pepsi and a lot of other sodas use cane and beet sugars (some have switched over to high fructose corn syrup), and while commercially cheaper in some areas due to production, are oftentimes put into a lot of processed foods to sweeten them. While they've done 'throwbacks' to using real sugar instead of the refined stuff, drinking soda still has a ton more sugar compared to eating raw fruits and veggies.
Most good sugars, such as those found in fruits and veggies naturally, are unrefined and are easier for the body to process, and there is no limit as to how much you're actually allowed to consume on that end.
Lots of refined sugars in larger amounts are never good to have, despite the sheer amount of products they're in in most American-made foods. I'm not certain about other countries, but it's quite present here. Pepsi and Coca-Cola are notorious for having refined sugars, especially HFCS, in its products and drinks, and is what gives it that sweet taste. Lots of doctors will tell you to cut back on sugary foods if you're in need of weight loss/diabetes management.
I should know as I oftentimes consume sodas, particularly Mountain Dew, as that's loaded with sugar and have been trying desperately to cut back on the sodas. I also work with refined sugars on a daily basis, and it's heavily present in every decadent product I make, whether it be in the icings, syrups, cakes, breads, or the vendor products we get in.
In short, the video saying eating a pear is comparable to drinking a can of Pepsi 99% have not done their research at all. Just eat your fruits and veggies as any normal person would, and you'll be just fine.
This one is beyond your help. Only sleep can save her now.
Yeah, it was one of those quick fact shorts that seem made more for the clickbaityness of it all than actual accurate information.A pear contains higher concentrations of good fructose along with higher fiber, thereby it would explain their laxative properties and have been encouraged by others to include in healthier diets. Thankfully I do grow my own tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes. Made lots of sauce and froze it this year.
Enjoy Life you only get one.
It very much is clickbait for ad revenue/views, and it irritates me so as there are people out there who will believe it to be actual fact instead of doing actual research into the subject.

I got the itch and I had to scratch it because of all the times it has been mentioned on here...

When you deal with human beings, never count on logic or consistency.
Fluid like water. Smooth like silk. Pepperoni like pizza.

Man, I've started a Mythic weapon in FFXI.
It's something I could have started a long time ago, but due to the sheer weight of time investment and gil needed, I always wrote it off as not worth doing.
Nowadays it's a lot easier, because you can do the old 6 and 36 man content required to make one by yourself, but even so the timesink is still huge and the gil sink as well.
There's somethings so surreal about farming a currency called Alexandrite, when your name is Alexander, and you're farming it inside of Alexander.

"I thought that my invincible power would hold the world captive, leaving me in a freedom undisturbed. Thus night and day I worked at the chain with huge fires and cruel hard strokes. When at last the work was done and the links were complete and unbreakable, I found that it held me in its grip." - Rabindranath Tagore
