Take one layer of moist, beautifully soft chocolate cake as a base, add in a layer of softened apple, then a second layer of moist cake with a thin layer of chocolate icing, then another THICK later of apple with a small amount of sugar sprinkled in, add a third thicker layer of cake with a rippled, heavily spread covering of chocolate icing with a small amount of hundreds of thousands, allow to cool. then serve in about two hours.
Allow the icing to harden slightly as you dont want it to slough off when cutting, you want the pieces to come off the knife intact.
Serve with a small amount of NATURALLY made whipped cream.
