    So far I'm having fun with it. I feel like it the polar opposite of FFXIV. XIV has virtually no world events and all dungeons while GW2 seems to have no dungeons that I know of and a huge amount of world events. I can't take 5 steps without tripping over a new one. I started a few days ago and already have 3 characters all at about level 30.

    I've never been for making caster classes or females but I did both yesterday cause I already had 2 male human melee characters. I think Elementalist is my favorite so far and I'm specialized in Fire. After that I got a cool Warrior build going. Then last so far is my Condition Thief which I feel is going to be a slow at first but a powerhouse when properly set up.

    The thing I like most is no sub and everything earned is tired to the account. All mats, gold, dyes, rewards...all account bound.

    Well, all Amazing Manderville weapons done. Even for jobs like scholar that I never play anyway. (No, really, I had all of the other Amazing weapons before I realized I'd forgotten to even get the first Manderville weapon for scholar.) Guess I'm done with those until 6.45.

    Huh, somehow I missed that ConnectiCon was this weekend. Way too late to go today. I suppose I could go tomorrow, but my spouse is working, and it's no fun going to a con alone.

    Well, Rhode Island Anime Con is next weekend. We'll shoot for that instead.
