Yikes! I'm glad it turned out okay for you.
Yeah. I accidentally swallowed a Jolly Rancher whole once. I'll never forget that feeling of my esophagus closing as the candy went down sideways. Luckily, I kept my head and was able to resolve the issue.

Finished the Burning Shores DLC (well, the story part, there's still more stuff to collect and explore). I can see why they said "technical issues" kept it off the PS4.....
...considering the final boss is a Horus-class Titan, AKA one of the mountain-sized Metal Devils that appear all over the landscape, getting reactivated. It's in bad shape after being deactivated, idle, and exposed to the elements for a few centuries, but other than its printers dying (so it stops spawning Corruptors after a certain point, and thankfully never manages a Deathbringer), it's still a pretty lengthy fight with a lot going on. Kinda gave me flashbacks to fighting Reapers in Mass Effect 3, but without a Migrant Fleet or a Thresher Maw to do most of the work for me.
The whole arc with Seyka was also great. And it was fun seeing Gildun again.
Overall, I think it's a great game. It takes a bit to pick up the pace; a lot of the early stuff in the Daunt feels kinda filler-ish. And the obvious point about Aloy not being able to do everything by herself drags the beginning out a bit. Once you actually get into the Forbidden West and open up the map, though, it gets a lot better. And the new machines are a nice challenge. If you thought Thunderjaws were rough, wait until you meet a Slaughterspine.

				I realize I'm getting old.
I had just finished running the dishwasher, so the dishes were clean. What do I do? Put a dirty plate in it once it was finished. Send help.
This one is beyond your help. Only sleep can save her now.

FF7 Rebirth trailer dropped. It looks awesome, but is also a bit hilarious...because it'll be on 2 discs. We circled around back to the PS1 era people.

Will it be two discs for play, or one data disc and one play disc? The latter is happening a lot more lately. Once you've installed the data, you never need it again unless you have to reinstall from scratch.

They just said 2 discs, so unsure as of right now. But it looks like the game will be going to at least Cosmo Canyon, because the trailer had a scene with the old man in the observatory. Also, Junon is HUGE.

Got recommended this Youtube the other day. Pretty great video, though I didn't quite agree with the conclusion with regards to the US, but given the context of the video that just may have been an on topic wrap up.

"I thought that my invincible power would hold the world captive, leaving me in a freedom undisturbed. Thus night and day I worked at the chain with huge fires and cruel hard strokes. When at last the work was done and the links were complete and unbreakable, I found that it held me in its grip." - Rabindranath Tagore
