    The more I replay older FFs the more I realise I don't consistently love the series a whole, much like how I started noticing the same towards Legend of Zelda.
    Meanwhile in a series like Castlevania, in which people love to pick entries to label as bad or black sheep, I found I have a nearly unconditional love spread across every official game. Come to think of it, it might be the only long running video game series I feel that way.

    Bought the physical release of Metroid Prime Remastered today (friend also loves it so physical is so we both can play it). This is not just an upscale, models have been completely redone, as has lighting and numerous other effects. They even brought back the fact that shooting water creates ripples (it wasn't there in Trilogy)! THIS is how you Remaster something.

    I'm hoping they use it as a base so we can hopefully get remasters of Metroid Prime 2: Echoes and Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. I've been begging for a Metroid Prime Trilogy on Switch for years, now is the time to fulfill that dream.

    My motto is though: If you can get a physical copy; get a physical copy. I am so bothered by the fact that I bought Rune Factory 4 digitally; that I bought Saga Frontier from Singapore when it wasn't available physically here.

    I only buy physical if the friend is interested, else I buy digital. It's easier on me since I don't have to worry about somebody breaking a disc.
