    Also it finally happened. I think I was just asked THE DUMBEST QUESTION yet while working retail. Having people call and ask "Are you open?" was 1st for the longest time...but now it has been dethroned.

    Now the dumbest question ever was a guy opening our door, walking past all the customers, cutting in line, getting RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME while I'm at the register and asking..."Hey...are you guys open?"

    I was stunned. I just looked at the other customers and they were laughing. I simply shrugged and said "Yup. I think we're open".

    Got the Berserk Fury done this week. Pointy bastard, and the big blades on the back are attached with annoyingly thin tabs connected to very stiff joints (already broke one and glued it back on), but damn does it look badass.

    Doing models seems like a fun hobby but I know it can get quite expensive. I'd be afraid of breaking my stuff.

    It really depends what kind of kits you're after. Cheaper stuff exists, like High Grade Gundams or 30 Minute Missions, and some of them are still pretty good when completed. Fancier stuff like the Berserk Fury there gets more expensive, of course.

    If you just want something on the cheaper end to try out, I recommend a Spinatio or Entry Grade Gundam. Quick and easy build, no tools needed besides a nipper to cut the parts off the runners, and they're both good small-scale robot kits when completed.
