Food scale and a book to record everything. Some of the fancier food scales will tell you calories too which is nice.

When it comes to counting calories...I tend to count what I DRINK more than I eat. I use to drink a lot of soda and those calories add up extremely quickly. I lost a noticeable amount of weight in just a little over a month when I cut out soda.

Balmung/Mateus is a certain kind of special that I can only stomach during the weekend. Love them tho, those servers be livin' wild & free. Crystal in general is probably just like that..

Yeah I just keep in mind there are other people so I have to treat everything with kid gloves on because even if they aren't active in posting...they can be lurking...and incredibly easy to offend. So I act accordingly. I'm nothing if I'm not able to adapt to whatever environment I'm in.

Meanwhile some people are outright openly malicious and constantly bully others, but no matter how much you report them nothing happens :T
