I'm sorry, but if you've been a temp for years and they haven't hired you full time, it may be time for you to find a job elsewhere. If they're not going to treat you well, then they clearly don't need you working there.

No, no, I did get hired full time... after six years as a temp. The issue is that with the reshuffling of manpower, thanks to lacking much in the way of seniority (due to being a relatively new hire; only about 1 year) I'm on the short list to get shuffled away despite having worked there for a longer total time than a lot of the other permanent hires. There are also a significant number of brand new hires, but because they can't be shuffled around during their 90 day probationary period, having seniority over them counts for nothing. And we were only given a week's heads up about this plan, and only 3 days total to respond to it. There's no way they're going to get 24 people to sign up to go to the other factory (and very plausibly onto graveyard shift) so all my hard work's done naught to secure my position where I am (which I'm quite comfortable with).
Upsetting my dreary little life because "it's best for the business," after all that talk about how they're trying to improve communication.

When a company talks about trying to "improve communication", they really mean "shut up and do what we say".
My 'favourite' is when they declare that there's been 'conversations' and that 'they're listening' despite never actually having any such conversations with either their customers or employees with both being utterly confused when a needless change is pushed through.
Then there's that creepy art favoured by many modern businesses were people are drawn as strangely shaped blobs with inhuman proportions and no clearly identifiable features. Dystopian art is so much cooler in fiction.
Got really lucky today in PvP, and managed to get enough of a winning streak big enough to take me from Gold 1 up to Diamond 3 within a few hours (I told myself I'd quit if it stopped, it didn't until then). Now the hell begins, as my luck runs out. 2 days to somehow hit Crystal.

I just did Casual Matches to Series Rank 25 for the Archfiend Attire.
I'm sure Ranked is utter hell.

IMO you in general find more competent people in Ranked. though because of the whole "gaining and losing rank points" nonsense, it becomes pure frustration. Hoping to hit crystal so I never have to do this while you can fall ranks. They're adding that Tuesday, so this is my last time to do this without fear of dropping from Diamond to Platinum.

Haha, wow. So there's a Kickstarter campaign for SCP Foundation art books with an initial goal of $15,000. It just passed a million with 35 days to go.
