hmmmm might need a new one, when you plug your laptop in through HDMI does your screen turn off?

other quick fixes might be to dim the screen when it's charging, messing with the energy-saving profiles or anything that stops the battery from discharging as hard.

No, the screen doesn't turn off, but I'll see if I can keep the laptop monitor dimmed while plugged in. Hopefully that'll fix it.

It's probably for the best if they were simply going to tweak it with the false narrative of adjusting things for 'modern audiences'. I'm hoping the industry starts to collapse upon itself - which it arguably already is - and we go back to the days before companies ignored core target audiences in favour of pandering to the perpetually offended social media dwellers.

I'll say, getting really annoyed with them having to change things because of the "Not everybody can use the force!" crowd. We saw how bad Episode 9 became because they pandered to those idiots.

Hmm, that sounds very odd to me. Sounds like crossed wires, but couldn't know without opening it up, really. Though I suppose it could just be something new that I've not heard about yet. Something to make HDMI more convenient than USB.

Luckily this moogle event has the last dog mount I need, so no need to farm that last one for it. Been more AFK than usual in-game lately, going through a lot of anxiety in RL. Thoughts are getting worse.

I was just doing some random Orbonne to kill time and get moogle tomes, and someone was like "aren't you the one who is always in the Gold Saucer?". I just stand in there and jump in my pattern or I AFK for entire days at a time. There definitely are worse places, since I can at least tab back in sometimes and jump right into a leap of faith or something!

I'm not really sure what that is, but there definitely needs to be more interesting attractions. I'm just trying to slowly earn mgp to finish up collecting most of the stuff.
