Apparently today there was only a single person playing Babylons Fall on Steam lol.

I really wish instead of pursuing so many side projects Square Enix would simply priortise the likes of FFXVI and FFVIIR.

More side projects = more money in the CEO's pocket for all the initial sales for the game, up until people realize it's a pile of garbage. Unfortunately they are going down the road of many KR MMO projects: focus on quick cash cows rather than cultivating polished and enjoyable game experiences that will keep people playing and buying them for years.

At this rate, I'm kind of terrified for the second part of FF7R and what sort of crap might be done to it/put into it due to SQE's recent and highly questionable decisions.

Don't worry, I'm sure FFVIIR2 will be out in plenty of time for the Playstation 7's launch.

Sucks being so fickle sometimes. I just wake up some days, look at something, and I'm like "yeah, actually I don't like this". I woke up the other day, and I don't really want to log into Lost Ark anymore either, at all. I mean, I still do play it, but when I don't want to do something it really, really tends to burn me out quick. For me, taking a break from something like Lost Ark isn't that simple, because if I take a break, I never want to play it again, because I don't want to not have outfits, all due to taking a break. So if I stop playing that game I'm never playing it again.

Can't stand limited time mechanics. Fomo doesn't make me keep playing games, and buying, as intended, it makes me quit altogether. I realize the stuff can be bought in that game's in-game market, but I don't want severely marked up prices. At least in Warframe, stuff does come back, in time, but even in that game, the last time I took a break, I took a break for five years.. Got everything I could for my account collection, then took another break.. (last year).

Really sad that apparently The Northman is kinda flopping financially .
Rly wish people would expand their horizons a bit and not solely go to watch popcorn movies.

It's like this in gaming too even people who have some level of self-awareness about it still buy the same games on a yearly basis even tho they themselves think they're bad.

God I hate my internet service provider. Had a tech sent out again not too long ago, now they have actually replaced everything, fiddled with the box outside again, but now they are saying they want to charge a tech fee if they have to come out again, since they have to come out so often!

How about they fix their trash, so that I don't have to call them so often? I don't know how exactly it's my fault that they can't fix it. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe they should stop blaming the problem on me, and actually take a look at whatever the source is. I'm not a tech, but I am pretty sure, at this point, with everything replaced - INCLUDING the wire in the ground - it's probably not on my end.

It has been so bad over this past week. I can barely even do Lost Ark dailies, or watch a YouTube video without it dropping. I can get about 2-5 minutes of internet usage at a time without a drop. I sure as heck am not going to queue up for PvP in FF as long as I don't know if the internet can even last long enough for me to finish a match... or anything else in FF for that matter.

My computer whenever I turn it on super early in the morning to try to wake up before work: "Hey good morning! I got some cat videos just for you!"

My computer when I get back from work: "Oh hey while you were out I decided that you had an update available, so I went ahead and downloaded it and need to restart. Can we restart now?"

Me: "No update, game now."

My computer about several hours later while I'm still playing my games: "UPDATE MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!11!"

Me: "No update, game now."

My computer just 5 minutes ago: "Here's a popup to remind you that you need to restart to update now, right in the middle of your raid!"

Me: "...you d*ck, you made me eat several aoes and got me killed."

My computer: ""

Just got some jail time with a GM. I forgot to turn off emote display for a minute yesterday, while using the new „tea“ emote. I know spamming things in chat is against the TOS, but seriously why not private message that person and alert them that they are breaking the TOS and point out that they should turn off emote display.
