Viera and Hrothgar Megathread

Another round of interviews came out and nothing about the current state of viera and hroth.

I feel like if they even do decide to reveal viera hair, it's gonna be like some footnote or something, because they already said we were getting them.. Like what's the big deal?!

Some of the questions I've seen recently, like generally too, have been.. well.. I won't be rude. I bet even if they did pick a viera question they'd just say the same thing they already have before anyway..

I suppose I'm not helping the cause anyway, with all the money others and I spend on fantasias to switch back and forth.. "Why bother if people are going to give us more money for delaying the release?"

Hah, yes I assume a few are made indeed. As for this hair, I don't really care for it from a personal taste thing, but again looking at it and wondering...how are viera not able to use this hair?? I mean we know the Hrothgar can't either, but ya....confusion will continue...

On the bright side it is probably a very slim rng drop rate and will go for millions which I could use, since I can't use it.

Yeah, I am actually not really into it, not for miqo'te at least, probably looks decent on au ra, or hyur midlanders. Yeah, though, if they could adjust the model for miqo'te ears, why can't they do the same for viera?

I just saw that this is another one of those hairstyle contest styles, and while looking at the quality of it I find it hard to believe they made it very long ago and have been sitting on it all this time, this has been par for the course with those styles.

I really like this one but I'm not going to Fantasia because I want it on Viera, not anything else.

I'm annoyed, but I'm even more annoyed at seeing people go "at least you'll get male Viera hairstyles" as if that's a given or would even be a good thing in general to pawn off male hairstyles because you cba.

Well, the incentive is making gil I guess, since it can still be sold, like others have said... but as an actual reward.. yeah literally worthless. It cannot be used, with no viera alternative unique style. Really it should have just been made for viera too.. I don't see anything limiting them from actually making these hairs work other than more time to adjust them - and if the hair was made a long time prior, they should have had the time to adjust them!

I actually have a fantasia sitting in my mail, but I don't really want to switch off viera, and even if I succumbed and switched this hair looks awful on miqo'te, in my opinion.

Yeah, nah. I don't want male viera styles, or at least I don't want them in place of styles that could have been. I am sick and tired of unisex styles, even on the other races, and for viera to join them... AT LEAST before if they had to be viera unique I thought we would get some nice styles when we got them.. Like stuff that actually looks good on female viera.
