Viera and Hrothgar Megathread

Yeah, I'm not going to set any expectations going in to May. I hope for some great stuff, like the new hairs for viera, or new heads for Hrothgar, but I don't want to be disappointed at the end of the day. Really we should be expecting the update, but what can we do.

If anything is going to happen, it will be with Endwalker's release. So...it will either be more options or bust. Time will tell, but I am keeping my expectations extremely low as well. Imagine loving Hrothgar and GNB this expansion. Neither one has gotten many (or any in Hrothgar's case) vanity options this expansion. It took four major patches for GNB to get a second crafted glamour weapon. Four!

I agree. A apart of me is super excited for May 15, but the louder side of me has expectations that are absolute 0. Dont wanna fall into despair from disappointment

What a sad state of affairs it is that we got to the point that even seeing reused promotional images of hrothgar and viera for an upcoming event is enough for people to get a spark of hope.

Well my expectations are that if they're going to say something at any point it's going to be in May. And if they say nothing...well at least I got one fantasia left if I eventually get annoyed enough at this hairstyle that I'll switch back to miqo. I just want a short hairstyle that isn't messy, not too much to ask for

I don't even need that many new hairstyles to be happy. Even on my Au Ra I usually switch around 10 of them anyway. On viera I am lacking a shorter bob, a curly hairstyle, a braid or two and a nice clean, high ponytail without weird fringes. Id like the option to remove the flowers. The 2b mod looks great on viera if you remove the hairband.

I really hope these get implemented. The short bob is adorable. And the soft updo is lovely.

It's the shame that the ponytail we got is so stringy and ratty looking, the length is great otherwise.
