Viera and Hrothgar Megathread

I am pretty disappointed with how the WHM headpiece sits on a viera's head. See, I had this outfit idea in mind, but I had to scrap it due to clipping and floating. Just some sample shots:

Current hairstyle (one of the ported hairs), almost passable. However, due to clipping with this top's collar, unusable


Less clipping, but this piece floats too much over her head to justify being usable:

This floats over the viera's head with almost every single hairstyle available, and when it isn't, it is clipping inside the hair itself:

There are less than a handful of hairstyles that are passable with this piece, and even less so when further hair clipping is taken into account. Too bad.

I've noticed this trend to focus on something not looking great on Viera and ignore the context.
This floats high on and clips with all females.

The difference is, I guess, that other females have more hairstyles and many more headgear options, so no one cares about a random floating tiara. There are more hairstyles that go with it and more options to not hyper focus on it, I'd think.

So yeah, this isn't a Viera problem or a problem with how they made it fit Viera ... Viera just don't have as many Hairstyles as other races to match it.
(It looks trash on Hrothgar because it's a forehead band on males and Hrothgar have 4 different forehead shapes ... so foreheads bands look bad on em)

The clipping with the chiton collar is also universal. My main character has the same issue with it clipping into her hair, and I generally feel like it sits too close to the face. The chiton would look bette without it, but they seem to have a specific thing about adding big collars to the mage versions of things compared to DPS.

Seriously. Just give me great lengths. It cant be that hard. Just don't let it sit at the top of the head so we again get a huge forehead. I want that hairstyle. We have similar ones but that one would look GREAT with the glam I have in mind. Going through the few hairstyles atm just fills me with a bit of rage. Seeing the hairstyles we got (besides the karen one) is just eurgh.

Yeah, the actual desirable hairs are a must. I'll be very disappointed if the next hair update doesn't have anything that looks good.

I wouldnt mind sharing the male/female ones inbetween vieras tbh. I love the short wavy style the males have.

Ignoring the rest of the player base to make hair just for V/H is non-sense.

But ignoring Viera and Hrothgar for 3+ years to give other races hats and more hairstyles is okay?

Despite Yoshi's 2019 statement potentially being a mistranslation, surely this thread is enough proof that this request is high in demand therefore should be noticed. Not only should Hrothgar and Viera get more race-exclusive hairstyles to make up for lack of headgear (therefore, feeling somewhat 'less limited') but we've been requesting this for 3 years with no communication nor Yoshi addressing it.
