Where is there a stat priority/distribution guide?

Where can I find guides for which stats to prioritize for materia melding and relic weapon stat distribution, as well as general class/job optimization?

For WoW I can think of at least 3 sources just off the top of my head (Wowhead, Icy-Veins, AskMrRobot), but I can't find anything for FF14.

For this game, information like this is in popular discord servers like The Balance which link odd google docs, but there have been attempts to put some of it onto websites.

There isn't just one website like wowhead and instead there are lots of websites with very specific uses, but saltedxiv is the closest attempt to make something resembling it that I know of.

Information like item and quest databases and user interface guides is available on Square Enix own website called the Lodestone.

You can usually find these discord servers linked in the reddit posts that come up on google.

For basically every class:
Weapon Damage >> MainStat/iLvl >>>>>>>>> Crit > Direct Hit >>> Determination >>>>> Everything Else >>>> Tenacity.

There are exceptions for that last little bit of optimization; but unless you're doing parse runs or your group is somehow consistently getting <0.1% wipes, they don't honestly matter all that much. Especially now, with no new difficult content before 6.0.
