Mouse issues lead to crash. Game refuses to launch until a restart.

So this Computer is roughly 10 days old. I did a completely fresh install, sans the character folders from my mygames folder on my old PC.

Twice now I have had a strange issue that I had on my old PC.

The mouse no longer lets me turn my camera. I can click skills, macros, and type to people but I can no longer turn my camera. If I click out of game and back into it, game white screen/no responding crashes. I can not load ffxiv again at all until I restart my PC.

I can launch any other game I want. I actually launched ffxv (steam version), battlefleet gothic 2, and cyberpunk 2077 and they all worked fine. As soon as I tried to load up FFXIV it goes to the black screen, after successfully launching from launcher, but immediately goes not responding. Can not do anything after that. If I click my mouse it instantly fails out and I have to restart my PC before I can go back to the game again.

I have been having a similar issue since I first got the game back in August 2020 except for me, the game freezes during gameplay and I have to force close FFXIV. I think it is relating to my PS3 controller or Nvidia instead because I do not use a mouse. It is the same for me, cannot run until restart, if I try, it launches successfully after the launcher but goes to a black screen with "not responding" until I restart my PC

I have Nvidia graphics on an HP Envy 17 j177nr. 16 GB ram, 8 core processor.

DangerDorrito, do you have Nvidia graphics by chance? Trying to rule some stuff out

Does this issue occur when another mouse is used? Additionally what have you tried to alleviate their issue?
