Let Steam Wallet Users Pay for World Transfer

I'm not sure if this is allowed here but I recently ran into a snag. I wanted to move my main WoL to Primal where my alt WoL is because I've grown dissatisfied with Aether. I did do my research beforehand on World Transfer; not be in an FC, not have retainers sell items on the Market Board, etc. There were no issues the transfer form found, but when I got to the payment options I was saddened and confused that Steam Wallet wasn't available.

I have the Steam version of the game and Steam Wallet is my main form of payment for my subscription as I do not have a credit/debit card or PayPal. I also live at home with my aging mother, who is distrustful of giving away her CC info to unknown websites (she has a valid reason for doing so as we got burned in the past with CC fraud so I won't push her). Seeing as we can buy items like emotes off of MogStation with Steam Wallet and pay our subs with it, I don't see why we can't perform a World Transfer with it too.

So now I have a good chunk of funds sitting in my wallet that I don't plan to use it on anything but my sub, and I don't know when the server statuses will change so I can do the free world transfer (Congested --> Preferred) because the server I want to move to may lock out new characters in the near future. I know this won't get much traction but maybe someday this will happen. For now I'll have to find another method to move servers, if anyone has suggestions that would be grateful.

If you can, try to use crysta to do the transfer.

I have looked into crysta as another way, I wish you can gift crysta to others though because my friends use crysta to pay their sub fee. If I go out and get a prepaid credit/debit card from my local supermarket would I be able to buy crysta with it?
