Requesting IP adress login change on character

Hello,

Whenever I log into my main character (on spriggan), this is the IP address that shows up in resource monitor : 195.82.50.50 on this character the connection is really poor (150ms lags)

One another character (which is also on spriggan) connect to chaos via 195.82.50.46 but this connection is really smooth (~20ms).

Can I please request some sort of server transfer but remain on the same world just on a different IP adress ? preferably 195.82.50.46

Does the poor connection occur when the device is connected directly to the router? What have you tried to alleviate the issue? Unfortunately, we are unable to to change the IP address of the character.

I play on 195.82.50.50 most of the time. There is definitely a problem with it. disconnection errors are very common. Please check this thread in my ISP's user forum where I have documented issues with the path to the server.

Good afternoon and thank you for replying to my request.

The poor connections happens during peak time only and I have virtually tried everything I could including installing on another computer on another place with a different ISP (obviously I am wired to the router in both cases).

The fact that my main character can have high latency (195.82.50.50) ; relog immediately on my alt character on the same world (195.82.50.46) and get very good latency =20ms this can only serve to prove that the issue lies within SE's boundary.

The real question to be asked is : what have you (at SE) tried to alleviate the issue ?

Can you please take a look at the following IP's
These are hops on the way to your game server IP address

62.115.120.238 ldn-bb4-link.ip.twelve99.net has a LOT of packet loss

195.82.50.234 is the last hop before the game server, and has regular very high ping spikes.

I am sure one of these 2 steps is causing the problem, please can you have your network people take a look at it.
