Fatal DirectX Error (11000002) (again)

Was anything over heating at the time of the crash? Do you have a way of monitoring those temperatures?

I have monitored before but I just let it freeze again and watched my GPU software, it hit 52 celsius when it froze. Definitely not overheating. Also froze within about 5 minutes of logging in, they seem to be more frequent all of a sudden. I just don't get why it had no issues for days and now it's giving me issues again, I didn't change anything.

Since the issue began again a friend of mine suggested I try undervolting my GPU also, which I did but it didn't help either. So my GPU is back on regular settings, just wanted to put it out there as something I tried.
