Probably the hairstyle they said they were going to make it available. I would think it's a good bet.

No more getting Satasha as a party of all 70+ now in Leveling Roulette.

Resplendent tools have been added for Disciples of the Hand.
These main hand tools can be acquired after crafting and submitting items from certain expert recipes.

Tool Exchange
The required materials must be exchanged with Limbeth in Eulmore (X:11.6 Y:10.9) to receive a resplendent tool.
It should be noted that more than one expert recipe will be required to prepare all necessary materials. The number and types of material required can be confirmed by speaking with Limbeth.

* Expert recipes can be learned from 8th-level master recipe books.

Relic stuff should NOT require some of the hardest content that the segment has to offer.

That's like requiring the DoW relic to complete savage level content in order to finish it.

IMHO this is bad design.

Meme is very much still alive if you use leveling roulette. The change only applies to pre-formed parties.

The relic being easy never should have happened in the first place.

On the XIV Twitter, they posted that they were making Rainmaker available that way, so yes. Interested to see what else will be there since I already have it.

IMHO this is bad design.

From what has been said in Live Letters, this isn't relic stuff though, it's something they added for crafters who want some extra challenge and they get fancy tools for it. It's more akin to Savage mount drops or, if they have better stats, savage gear.

I'm not seeing the light buffs to DRG and WAR. I could have sworn they said those were in the patch.
