    Do we know it's only pre-formed? The patch notes don't specify but they do mention only the leader's settings matter, so that does sound like pre-formed. I hope so, since I wouldn't want to be forced to do just ShB duties all the time in Leveling just because I'm 80 and get matched with other 80s.

    Yes, the patch notes say you have to have a complete party to use the Limited Leveling Roulette setting:
