I have taken quest "The King Lives" for weeks and has undergo with it until I unlock Thornmarch (Extreme) but I haven't complete it for some time that I decided to abandon the quest. Now I want to continue it. I have tries solo the Thornmarch (Extreme) and have complete it during solo so I want to go take the quest again (to complete it) but the quest cannot be found at urianger or Vorsaile Heuloix , Kuplo Kopp is not at the Bramble Patch

This quest is completed when you speak to Kuplo Kopp and unlock Thornmarch (Extreme). Double-check your quest log and make sure it's completed.
You can find this by opening your quest log, then selecting Completed at the top right, it will be under Chronicles of a New Era - Primals.
