I am having awful lag since the patch. Actions are not going off, macros don't work, people are hopping all over my screen. I can't raid like this. I am on PS5. What is going on? It has been like this for 7 days

Recently, I am getting a lot of lag (NPC and other players freeze and suddenly can't do any action) and, most importantly, constant disconnects with 90006 Error on Phoenix since patch day, which has prevented me from playing since then. I'm not able to do much in-game, which means I'm paying my sub for no reason. Sadly, I won't be renewing my sub in the current state of the game.
I've submitted a ticket to the support but they weren't able to fix the problem. Now I am not blaming specifically Square or my ISP (Orange in France) as I don't know which one is faulty. But it would be nice to at least know that it's being worked on somehow. Because, as of now, I've tried everything I could on my end to try to fix the problem...
I've been playing since 2013 and this is the first time that it has become so unplayable for so long. The last major problem that I remember was the Mudra lag, until they fixed it. But that took a very long time. Hopefully this won't take as long...

Also getting Error 90006, but weirdly enough I was fine for a week after the patch, but when Tuesday hit I got very laggy while doing the 24man Nier raid. Also when interacting with objects in the overworld I'd occasionally R0 and sometimes eventually get booted to title screen.
Location: Scotland, UK.
ISP: TalkTalk Fibre.
