Last time I was in an xp party I was on my bard at around level 32. The party leader (who was Japanese) asked all the party members to set Fire on their bars. Then she'd pull mobs to us and we'd all cast fire. Usually a couple rounds of this and mobs 3-4 levels higher would be dead. Something to consider perhaps...
